Uggggh, it's so laaaaate. This is what I get for going out... But I won't ever skip a work out just because I went out, sooo I did it regardless. I dunno. Just really does not feel intense enough; gonna start adding extra cardio on Kenpo days, I think... and on yoga. I've hit a fat loss plateau, and it's PISSING me off. Going to start counting calories instead of just "eating clean"; no more than 1500 - 1600- I run about 1300 - 1400 maintenance.
